Information we collect

• Account details: name, work email, phone number, role, and profile information.
• Messages and photos you send in the app.
• Shift, scheduling, time-adjustment, and expense records you submit.
• Approximate device location — only while you are clocked in and after you grant permission — used to verify demo attendance.
• Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent, if you choose to enable text notifications.

How we use it

Solely to operate scheduling, team messaging, expense reporting, notifications, and reporting features. Your phone number is used only to deliver the text notifications you opted in to receive.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Security & retention

Data is stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security, transmitted over HTTPS, and retained only as long as needed for business and payroll recordkeeping.
