Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Zipfizz Connect (the registered brand name for this service), an internal business application. By signing in you agree to them.
Authorized use only
Access is limited to Zipfizz field team members and managers with a company-issued account. Do not share your credentials, and do not attempt to access records belonging to another user or team.
Acceptable conduct
- Submit accurate shift, expense and reporting information.
- Use messaging for work communication; no harassment or unlawful content.
- Do not probe, scan or test the security of this service or its network without written authorization, and do not attempt to disrupt or overload it.
- Do not upload malware or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Do not resell, redistribute or republish company data obtained through the app.
Company data
Schedules, sales figures, paperwork and photos in the app are Zipfizz business records. They remain company property and must not be shared outside the company.
Location and notifications
Location is only collected with your device permission while you are clocked in, to verify demo attendance. Push notifications and email alerts can be turned off in your profile settings.
SMS terms
If you opt in to text notifications from Zipfizz Connect, you agree to receive work-related SMS messages (such as schedule and shift alerts) at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by turning off text notifications in your profile settings or by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the email below. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment.
Termination
Access ends when your assignment with Zipfizz ends, or if these terms are violated.
